Biography
Manyrin Vyacheslav - a petroleum engineer. Born August 23, 1955 in Kinel Kuibyshev region. In 1977 he graduated from the Faculty of oil Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute. His career began in NGDU "Chapaevskneft" Production Association "Kuibyshevneft" operator of oil and gas, senior engineer and deputy section chief of oil and gas. Since 1981, continued his career in the Tyumen region in Kogalym head of production of oil and gas, the chief engineer, chief NGDU "Vateganneft." Direct participant in the exploration and development of most oil fields Kogalym region of Western Siberia.

From 1992 to 2002 Manyrin VN, The Director-General of OAO "LUKOIL-Volga", engaged in the development fields with hard-reserves in Western Siberia, Central Russia.
