In 1975 he graduated from the Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute, "Technology and complex mechanization of oil and gas fields."
He began his career geologist production association "Nizhnevartovskneftegaz." During the period from 1981 to 1996, the institute "SibNIINP" went from head of the laboratory department of design and development analysis to the deputy director general of geology and oil and gas development. Since 1999 he is the head of JSC "Ting".
Candidate of technical sciences, corresponding member of Academy of Natural Sciences, a member of CDC Rosnedra, deputy co-chairman of CDC TO Rosnedra on KhMAO expert SRC, CDC. Author of numerous scientific articles.
Awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of the Ministry of Energy," was awarded the medal "For development of mineral resources and development of oil and gas complex of Western Siberia."
